Our experienced team works collaboratively with civil engineers, landscape architects, plans and others to capture your vision and find innovative ways to exceed your expectations.

Each project begins with a firm understanding of the owners’ vision and Feasibility Studies. We explore many relevant issues such as site layout, view corridors, functionality requirements, and future needs to discuss them with your team.

We create preliminary plans, section elevations, and engineered system diagrams to reflect your programming requirements and facilitate accurate estimates.

To help you visualize the details of your project, we also can create 3D models, fly thrus and elevation views. These serve as helpful tools for fine-tuning designs according to your preference. Please see our “Downloads Page” for examples of such renderings.

Our engineers prepare final construction plans, specifications, and supporting documents that contain particulars necessary for permitting and construction.

As required, we assist in obtaining permits from governmental authorities and secure mandated project approvals.

We review all plans, details, and specifications to ensure effective coordination between all systems. Circulating plans through both design and construction departments is an effective “checks and balances” that allows us to quickly identify critical issues. In the process, we also make certain that we fully capitalize on all value-engineering opportunities.
